Software engineer · real‑time 3D for the web
Marcin Feszter
I build browser-based 3D: BIM and CAD viewers, WebGL and WebGPU rendering, and the tooling around them. Currently at Creoox, contributing to the xeokit SDK.
Selected work
xeokit-sdk
Open-source WebGL SDK for high-precision BIM and CAD viewing in the browser. Measurement tooling, WebXR support, TypeScript typings, rendering performance fixes.
xeokit-webcomponents
Drop-in web components around the xeokit viewer. Event API for model loading, entity picking and the tree view, plus the examples gallery.
talk2mebim
Chat with your BIM model: the xeokit viewer wired to an LLM with vector search over model metadata. Viewer integration, model loading, Qdrant and Docker setup.
This site
A quarter million particles advected through curl noise in a TSL compute shader, rendered by the three.js WebGPU renderer with a WebGL 2 fallback. No framework.
About
I'm Marcin Feszter, a software engineer based in Poland, specialising in real-time 3D for the web. My work covers rendering pipelines, fast loading of large BIM and CAD models, and precise measurement and navigation tools, delivered as applications that run in any modern browser with nothing to install.
Alongside 3D, I design and build AI agents and end-to-end systems for festivals and live events, including dedicated ticketing, cashless payments and live audio streaming from the venue to web and mobile. I also develop home automation and custom hardware on ESP32, Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
I work across the stack, from GPU shaders to backend services and Linux infrastructure, with a focus on software that is fast, reliable and easy to maintain.
